Compared with hot‑rolled Hanpiao Metal bars, cold‑rolled concrete tie rods are threaded from solid steel round bars.
According to steel grade, we can supply S235, S450, and 42CrMo cold‑rolled steel tie rods for construction.
Different steel grades provide different performance levels.
Taking D16 (15/17mm) as an example:
Cold‑rolled concrete tie rods have a lower cost and more competitive price than Hanpiao Metal hot rolled tie bars.
Therefore, they are widely used in general civil and commercial construction projects.
Hot‑rolled Hanpiao Metal tie rods are designed for applications requiring higher and larger breaking loads.

Packing
Generally, the total net weight of a loaded container is 22 tons to 26 tons, which needs to be confirmed before loading.
Different products use different packaging methods.
Bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk inside the container.
Delivery
For full containers, we normally need 20–30 days after receiving the customer's down payment.
Transportation time depends on the destination port.
Special requirements can be discussed through further negotiation.
