High-quality raw materials are the premise of high-performance products. We strictly select high-strength steel, aluminum alloy and other core raw materials from well-known domestic and foreign suppliers, and establish a strict raw material inspection system before warehousing.

First, our professional inspection team conducts a comprehensive inspection of the raw materials' specifications, thickness, hardness, corrosion resistance and other indicators, and checks the supplier's qualification certificates and product test reports. Only raw materials that pass all inspections are allowed to enter the production workshop. For customized materials required by customers (such as special alloy materials, anti-corrosion coatings), we will conduct targeted sampling inspections to ensure that they fully meet the technical requirements of the customized scheme.

After the raw materials are qualified, we enter the cutting and shearing link, which is crucial to ensuring the dimensional accuracy of the product. We adopt advanced numerical control (NC) cutting machines, laser cutting machines and shearing machines, which have the advantages of high precision, fast speed and stable performance. According to the confirmed design drawings and specifications, the technical team inputs the cutting parameters into the equipment, and the equipment automatically completes the cutting and shearing of raw materials.

During the process, professional operators conduct real-time monitoring to check the dimensional accuracy of each cut part, and adjust the parameters in time if there is any deviation. The cutting error is strictly controlled within ±0.5mm, ensuring that the subsequent assembly link is smooth and the product structure is stable.

For formwork panels, scaffolding poles, crossbars and other components that need to be formed, we use professional forming and bending equipment, including hydraulic bending machines, roll forming machines and stamping machines. According to the product structure design, the cut raw materials are put into the equipment for bending, stamping and forming.

For complex structural components (such as customized formwork connectors, scaffolding nodes), our technical team designs special molds to ensure that the shape, curvature and structural strength of the components meet the design requirements. After forming, each component is inspected for deformation, cracks and other defects, and unqualified products are reworked or scrapped to avoid affecting the overall quality of the product.

Welding and assembly are core links to ensure the structural stability and load-bearing capacity of formwork and scaffolding. We have a team of professional welders with rich experience, all of whom have obtained professional welding certificates. We adopt advanced welding technologies such as gas shielded welding and arc welding, which have the advantages of firm welding, smooth weld seam and strong corrosion resistance.

Before welding, the welding surface is cleaned to remove oil, rust and other impurities to ensure the welding quality. During welding, strict control is carried out on welding current, voltage and welding speed, and each weld seam is inspected by visual inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure that there are no welding defects such as air holes, cracks and incomplete penetration. After welding, the components are assembled according to the design drawings, and the assembly accuracy is checked to ensure that the connection is tight and the operation is flexible.

To improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and service life of the products, we carry out strict surface treatment on all finished components. According to the customer's requirements and product application scenarios, we provide multiple surface treatment options, including hot-dip galvanizing, electrostatic spraying, powder coating and anti-rust painting.

For hot-dip galvanizing, the components are pickled, washed and dried first, then immersed in molten zinc to form a uniform and dense zinc layer on the surface, which can effectively prevent corrosion in harsh construction environments. For electrostatic spraying and powder coating, high-quality environmentally friendly coatings are used, which have the advantages of strong adhesion, bright color and wear resistance. After surface treatment, the surface of the product is smooth, free of burrs and defects, and meets the environmental protection standards and aesthetic requirements of different countries and regions.

After the completion of all production links, the finished products enter the full-scale inspection link. Our quality inspection team conducts a comprehensive inspection of each product, covering dimensional accuracy, structural strength, load-bearing capacity, surface quality, corrosion resistance and other indicators. We use professional testing equipment, such as tensile testing machines, hardness testers and corrosion testing equipment, to conduct quantitative testing of product performance.

For customized products, we also conduct targeted tests according to the customer's special requirements (such as load-bearing test, fatigue test). Only products that pass all inspections are labeled as qualified and allowed to leave the factory. Unqualified products are reworked or scrapped, and the reasons for unqualified products are analyzed and improved to avoid similar problems from occurring again.

Qualified finished products are packaged in accordance with international transportation standards and customer requirements. We choose appropriate packaging materials (such as wooden cases, cartons, pallets) according to the product size, weight and transportation mode, and add shockproof, moisture-proof and anti-collision fillers to avoid damage to the products during transportation. Each package is affixed with a detailed label, including product name, specifications, quantity, batch number, production date and customer information, to facilitate customer receiving and inspection. After packaging, the products are stored in a standardized warehouse, which is ventilated, dry and moisture-proof, and classified and placed according to product types and orders to ensure the safety and orderliness of the products before delivery.

Throughout the production process, we implement a full-process quality traceability system, recording the parameters, inspection results and operators of each link, so that any quality problem can be traced back and solved in a timely manner.
