U type formwork uprights are galvanized metal components that facilitate rapid formwork with Doka style wooden panels.

They enable easy installation of wooden formwork, allowing quick dismantling and reuse of components in subsequent formwork applications.

The uprights support the creation of multi-level formwork systems and ensure connection and joining between them at various heights.

Lay the starter panels (12.5 cm strips) on the ground.

Place the uprights, yellow panels, and horizontal metal spacers perpendicularly over the starter panels, securing them to the yellow panels with nails.

Install the next row of panels following the same system.

The distance between uprights must be calculated based on the pouring width and height.

Before concrete pouring, pay close attention to the connections between spacers and uprights.

Fix panel spacers at a distance of 5 cm from the edge.

Install the following spacers according to the recommended dimensions based on the pouring width and height between the two spacers fixed 5 cm from the panel edge.

Concrete pouring must be done slowly, especially at the base of the wall.

Panel joining shall be done using uprights as follows: one 50 cm formwork upright, then one 100 cm formwork upright.

The use of uprights together with Doka type panels is recommended.
