What after-sales support do you provide if there is a problem with my order?

Throughout the product servicing process, Hanpiao Metal offers consumers after-sales support. Products are inspected in accordance with our quality-control processes prior to distribution, and when a quality issue needs to be looked into, manufacturing and order information can also be tracked.

If you encounter a problem after receiving the goods, please contact us and provide photos, videos, product information, and relevant details.  These materials help us identify whether the issue is related to production, transportation, installation, or other factors.

Following a study of the matter, Hanpiao Metal will talk with the customer about a solution that, depending on the particular circumstances, may involve replacement, reimbursement, or another mutually agreed arrangement.
